Today was cold, and I was hungry and tired. Note to self, eat before running! I did 10.5 and I feel good now but I struggled. Running today was a stress reliever, and I really needed the relief. As long as I keep the goal in mind and remember that running is fun and keep in mind also why I enjoy running, all will be great. I need a running partner if anyone is interested. Abby, thank you for being so supportive during this training, I love you very much and you are an excellent wife and mother.

  3. Clint you have an amazing story and I'm so thrilled to hear that you let God back into your life. I think it is wonderful that you are running for Faith. My daughter was also diagnosed and is still fighting the cdh monster. It is really important that people be educated about this birth defect. I had never heard about it until Ava was diagnosed. We traveled from Iowa to Philly for the best shot possible. Ava is now 3 and a half and is living proof that God still loves us and continues to work miracles. Keep up the good work. God Bless you!
