Yesterday was an adventure run. I ended up doing 20 miles but this time I brought food along with me, I had raw potato chunks and a PB&J on a whole wheat wrap. I felt pretty good until mile 17, I had to stop by the Miles' to get more water and my wife saved my life by stopping on her way home to give me a much needed kiss and an apple.


Here's a question, What do you do to get you through something when you feel like quitting?

    When I feel like quitting I think of why I am doing what I am doing in the 1st place.

  2. Thanks, I do that too. I also think about doing one thing at a time instead of trying to do the whole thing mentally at once. It's all out of our control anyway so I just try to go one step at a time and do that one step the best I can.
